Born in 1993 in the Canton of Zurich, I have spent many years moving between two worlds: professional design and free artistic exploration. As an Art Director, my work is conceptual, clear and solution-oriented – as an illustrator, it follows intuition, imagination and a playful sense of curiosity.

In my artistic practice, I explore creatures, language and forms that emerge at the boundary between the real and the imaginary. Many of my illustrations are created in ink – reduced, lively and often with a subtle wink. In 2023, I exhibited for the first time together with my mother under the title “Simmen x Simmen” at Galerie 111 – a meaningful milestone in my artistic journey.

Art is my open space, where I experiment, observe and search for stories. It inspires my work as a designer just as design, in turn, sharpens my artistic eye.
